Nourin Mohsin is a Ph.D. student in Industrial and Operations Engineering Department at the University of Michigan, advised by Dr. Oshin Tyagi. She serves as the DEI Advocate for the HFES student chapter, actively promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the department and university.
Research Interests
Nourin is engaged in innovative research in neuroergonomics, with a focus on neuromuscular fatigue, stress, and modeling brain hemodynamics using advanced computational techniques and flow data. Her research explores brain networks through the application of graph theory, contributing to a deeper understanding of how stress and fatigue influence cognitive and physiological performance. Nourin’s goal is to advance knowledge of brain function under stress and improve human performance in demanding environments.
