- Southwest Center for Occupational and Environmental Health (SWCOEH) 2022-2023 Pilot/Small Projects Research Training Grant, NIOSH (PI Tyagi; $10,000; 8/2022-6/2023) Received extramural research funding for project titled “Task Based evaluation of Exoskeleton fit, use, and associated neurophysiological costs”. I am the Principal Investigator for this study where I am conducting comprehensive biomechanical, subjective, and physiological assessments of commercially available low-back exoskeletons for tasks commonly performed by Emergency Medical Technicians in naturalistic settings.
- HFES Student member with Honors (2022) Recognized by the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society for outstanding contributions to the HF/E research and service to the HFES as a student.
